When you order: name, phone, town, delivery address and products ordered. This information is written into a message that you send us yourself on WhatsApp or by e-mail.

When you apply for a job: the information and CV you send us by e-mail.

Your cart is stored only in your browser, on your device.

Use

Processing and delivering your orders, answering your requests and reviewing applications. Your data is never sold.

Retention

Order data is kept as long as needed for sales and accounting. Unsuccessful applications are deleted within 2 years.

Your rights

Under Ivorian Law No. 2013-450 of 19 June 2013 on personal data protection, you may access, correct or delete your data by writing to info@ramacereal.com. You may also contact the ARTCI.
